The order entry of VersaSuite Optical is designed as a one stop window for all processes related to a patient's purchase; multiple accessories, tints and treatments can be added; the insurance plan and authorisation can be applied and discounts generated. Orders can be compared side by side and proposed purchases stored for future use.

Complete inventory management:

Inventories can be imported or custom made for unique products. Prices can be fixed or calculated by user-definable formulas. While processing a sale, the inventory is automatically adjusted. Item reconciliation, purchase order creation, order receiving and inventory transfer between locations are all easily achieved.

Comprehensive sales and order tracking:

Orders can be tracked by patient, provider and employee. Sales volumes and revenues are automatically calculated.

Items are recognised using bar code scanning technology. Bar code labels can be printed for stocked products

Reminders and alerts can be set to flag levels of specific products allowing stocks to be kept to a minimum, thereby enabling efficient inventory and cash flow management.
